COVID-19 Safety Plan
SLC Safety Festival Operating Guidelines 2021
Overall Goal – To have a successful outdoor Festival while keeping everyone safe under all COVID and safety guidelines per CDC and County.
All employee/volunteers/exhibitors/board members will be educated on our COVID safety plan.
Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available throughout the Festival site with signs that state sanitize your hands, social distance and wear a mask. Additional signs will be strategically placed throughout the property.
Vendors
Will be spaced 6’ apart and adhere to guidelines for social distancing. One way traffic in vendor area with signs and social distance reminders. Hand sanitizer will be available. Please bring enough masks for you and your staff.
Bathrooms
Hand sanitizer will be stationed outside port-o-lets and follow social distancing guidelines.
Public Announcements
Will be made throughout the Festival to remind attendees of the CDC guidelines to wear a mask, social distance and use hand sanitizer.
Attendance
This is a free event to the public. The is no admission or parking costs. We will be monitoring the area throughout the day to make adjustments to the flow or capacity as needed.
COVID Symptoms
Anyone who has or thinks they might have COVID symptoms should stay home.
SPONSORS/VENDORS/ATTENDEES:
DO NOT COME TO THE SAFETY FESTIVAL IF YOU HAVE OR THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE COVID SYMPTOMS.
