Exciting Demonstrations at Safety Festival
All Florida Security, a security company based in St. Lucie County for the past two years, is sponsoring The Ladies Right to Survive demonstration at the 6th Annual Safety Festival on April 24. The live demonstration will focus on how to avoid or overcome attacks; how to use your being for effective defense; how to use any weapon available for defense; and several other facets to help women stay safe.
The Ladies Right to Survive is one of several live demonstrations that will be held during the event. The Port St. Lucie Police will perform SWAT and K-9 demonstrations. The St. Lucie Fire District will have their burn trailer and Jaws of Life demonstrations. Several other demonstrations and currently being developed.
The Safety Festival will be held at Clover Park (home of the Mets) on Saturday, April 24. The event opens at 9am and will close at 2pm. Admission and parking are free. COVID precautions will be in place and updated as the date approaches.
This is a family friendly event with free admission, free parking and free bounce houses for the kids. The live demonstrations will begin at 9:30 am.
Attendees are invited to meet our First Responders and check out some of the equipment they use to keep our community safe. The Sheriff’s Bomb Squad and Dive Team will answer your questions; EMT’s and Medics will show you the inside of their trucks and the specialized tools they use to save lives. FWC will display one of their boats and dive equipment. Many other organizations will provide safety information during the event.
Static displays, food trucks, a variety of vendors and kids zone are also part of the days activities.
The mission of the Safety Festival is to showcase the outstanding work being done by our local First Responders and provide important safety information to those who attend.
WPBF 25’s News Anchors and staff will be on hand to help announce the day’s events. It’s your chance to meet the people who bring us the News and keep us updated during every emergency.

Busch Family Foundation, Keep PSL Beautiful, Price Fire, Seniors vs Crime and more.
